One Great Day

We certainly had One Great Day to remember last weekend. Our fundraising initiative saw a huge turnout, with shoppers and families making the most of the day’s fun and excitement.

Many fun activities including face painting, a sweet stall, a pirate and fairy treasure hunt and Punch and Judy performances were held throughout the day, all to raise vital funds for charity partners, Rainbow Ward at Wigan Infirmary and Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Our amazing staff also achieved their cycling distance challenge, travelling a total of 206 miles during the week to replicate the distance from Wigan to Great Ormond Street.

Our Centre Manager, Victoria Nichol said: “We couldn’t be happier with the turnout at the event and we are delighted with the funds we have raised for these important causes. We’d like to thank everyone for joining us on Saturday and to the tenants and staff for helping to complete our distance challenge.”
