Mad scientists entertain crowds of families to celebrate British Science Week

Crowds of keen scientists-in-the-making visited The Galleries on Saturday 11th March to take part in some interactive workshops and shows displaying the weird and wonderful world of science.

Celebrating British Science Week, Woodcock Square was transformed into a scientific mecca, with numerous fun stations available for families to see before their own eyes the many wonders of light, energy & slime.

Visitors also had the opportunity to win various prizes through Ryman Stationery’s charity raffle, as well as a £50 science hamper giveaway courtesy of The Galleries.
